Kevin, is it necessary to use chop sticks or can a spoon be used? This is one of my favorites along with “om on the range” Ken

Traditionally chopsticks are used, as they are a good backup if the Dim Sum fail to knock out your apponent and charges you. However, if you are confident of your Dim Sum Mak skills, you may show off by using a spoon.
